Policies
Reservations: A deposit of one night’s charge is required at time of reservation to guarantee rooms. Discover, MasterCard, and Visa are accepted for deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. If the deposit is made by credit card, a receipt is promptly sent as proof of reservation.
Cancellation: A 14- day or more advance cancellation of a reservation will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. The deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation is within 14 days of expected arrival. The deposit can be credited to another stay if the original reservation is rebooked. This credit is valid for six months.
Check-in/Check-out: Regular check-in is from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Early or late check-ins can be arranged prior to arrival. Check-out is 11 a.m. Later check-out can be arranged prior to arrival.
Children: The Captain’s is a romantic retreat; there are no accommodations for young children.
Pets: There are no facilities for pets at the Captain’s
Parking: There is ample free parking. The Captain’s has a parking lot in the front of the house off Center Street and also in the back off of Cleveland Road West.
